About Lindsey K.Nelson, CAE:
Founder & CEO
With 18 years of experience across industries, including retail, hospitality, real estate, construction, healthcare, entertainment and faith-based nonprofits, Lindsey has led large-scale organizational transformations, governance restructuring, and infrastructure modernization efforts. She has worked globally, including overseeing a wholly owned foreign entity in Shanghai, China.
Having raised over $10 million in corporate support, Lindsey understands what it takes to secure resources and drive meaningful change. Her ability to align industry expertise with strategic goals has helped leadership teams strengthen their organizations, adapt to evolving landscapes, and position themselves for long-term success.
About
Before founding Ethos Advisors, Lindsey served as Executive Director of the Themed Entertainment Association, where she led a major organizational transition, rebuilding IT infrastructure, revamping staffing models, and fostering trust among a global membership. This work laid the foundation for the association’s future growth and strengthened its ability to serve its members.
Now, through Ethos Advisors, she brings this same strategic leadership and transformation expertise to organizations looking to adapt, grow, and maximize their impact.
Beyond her work, Lindsey is an engaged community member, volunteer, and student in the Executive MBA program at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Her most important role, however, is partner to her husband and mom to her three children. She is proud to launch Ethos Advisors and build its legacy with the unwavering support of her family.
