Leadership Advisor, Strategist & Speaker
Greg Fine, FASAE, CAE
Dubbed a “CEO Whisperer,” Greg Fine is an accomplished executive with a knack for spotting the patterns others miss. He has built a reputation for turning intent into action — helping organizations and the leaders who run them get unstuck, grow, and transform. A connector, keynoter, and author, Greg brings boundless energy to every engagement; as a digital nomad, his travels around the world inform and inspire his work.
Professional background
Greg’s advising practice spans strategic planning and visioning, board leadership training, governance, leadership development/advising, operational reviews, and executive capacity building. Prior to joining Ethos, he was a principal consultant with Tecker International, LLC.
His CEO roles included CCIM Institute, an international commercial real estate association, where he led a team of more than 45 and managed a budget of nearly $15 million. He guided the organization through the COVID-19 pandemic — moving education fully online, protecting its financial health, and launching the “Workforce of the Future Initiative.” Under his tenure, CCIM earned the inaugural Association Forum Welcoming Environment Award.
At the Turnaround Management Association (TMA), Greg led a worldwide community of nearly 9,000 members across 53 chapters. He orchestrated a cultural and operational revitalization, reversed a revenue decline, launched seven new international chapters, and created the TMA Institute along with the organization’s NextGen Leadership and Network of Women programs. His earlier career included senior marketing, communications, and membership roles with the Association for Corporate Growth, the Association Forum, and other national organizations.
